I've had this tba dress for nearly two years now and it's still one of my most treasured pieces. Although the velvet material and deep blue colour generally rule it out for summer wear, it's absolutely perfect for winter, and is something which I've returned to time and time again, especially when I'm stuck for something to wear on chillier days. Yesterday I chose to update it a little bit with this collar necklace from Dorothy Perkins, something I've been really keen to wear it since picking it up at the end of last month. I also dug out this hat which I picked up in a charity shop a fair few years ago (and which has been largely unworn since!) as a little fun touch to tie everything together (although rest assured I spent most of the time chasing after it in the wind!)
